1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an order, or using any site feature, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Research-Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, and any checkout acknowledgments presented to you.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information.

3. Research-use restriction

Products are offered solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease. You are responsible for determining whether acquisition, possession, handling, and use are permitted in your jurisdiction and institution.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Solace Peptides LLC may accept, decline, cancel, limit, or request verification of any order. Prices, availability, payment methods, discounts, and shipping charges may change without notice before an order is accepted. Orders paid through manual methods may remain on hold until funds are verified.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss and responsibility for a shipment may transfer as permitted by applicable law and the selected carrier’s terms. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address and promptly reviewing tracking information.

6. All sales final; shipping issues

Due to the nature of the products, chain-of-custody requirements, and the inability to verify storage or handling after delivery, all sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted. An order may be cancelled only if the request is received and approved before fulfillment begins. If an order arrives with verified shipping damage, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact support promptly with the order number and clear photographs. At its discretion, Solace Peptides LLC may provide a replacement or other remedy for a verified fulfillment error; cash refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or payment systems, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual property, violate applicable law, or purchase products for a prohibited purpose.

8. Product and website information

We aim to present product identity, strength, price, lot information, and documentation status accurately. Website content may contain typographical, technical, or availability errors and may be corrected at any time. A displayed Certificate of Analysis applies only to the lot or sample identified in that document.

9. Intellectual property

The Solace name, branding, artwork, site design, photographs, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Solace Peptides LLC and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Solace Peptides LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, shipping delays, prohibited use, or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from your unlawful conduct, breach of these terms, inaccurate representations, or prohibited handling or use of products, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
